This nice 2 cd set compiles some wonderful Texas blues by two of our favorites.......Look closely & you will see that these are more than value priced Specialty recordings........they include many of the other labels these artists recorded for. The Mercy Dee IMPERIAL/COLONY/BAYOU recordings were only available on an obscure European issue that trades for big bucks these days & the Frankie Lee Sims ACE recordings are simply some of the best Texas rock & roll recordings ever made..........great material at a great price.........
