Originally from Texarkana, Buster Benton became a fixture on the Chicago Blues scene during the 60's & 70's.......These sides from the mid to late 70's are excellent examples of solid blues musicianship and great songs....some from the Willie Dixon songbook....Both CAREY BELL & MIGHTY JOE YOUNG add a lot of solid playing to the proceedings.......MONEY IS THE NAME OF THE GAME is a sinister song with an after hours feel.....a real favorite here........
