This session from August 1969 was originally released on Bob Thiele's BLUESTIME label and has never been available since it's initial vinyl release. Using session players like TOM SCOTT & MAX BENNETT the results were a pleasant and lightly funky updating of Bones' sound with some socially conscious lyrics and of course beautiful guitar tone....This set also features two LIVE recordings from 1970 that did not appear on the original issue..........
